Fresh and Fresh Cooled Semen

| Dear Mare Owner/Breeder, The following is some general information to help answer any questions you may have about ordering fresh or fresh cooled semen: 1. A valid credit card number must be on file with Copper Spring Farm before any semen is shipped. Stallion collection and semen shipment fees will be applied to the credit card. In the event that the equitainer is not returned to Copper Spring Farm in a timely manner (SENT within THREE DAYS from the receipt of the container), the credit card will be charged a late fee of $25/day. If the use of a credit card is not practical, a $250 deposit can be paid to Copper Spring Farm prior to anticipated semen collection. Collection and shipping fees will then be billed directly to you. 2. Please call Copper Spring Farm on the first day of your mare's heat cycle in which you want to breed her. 3. TO ORDER FRESH COOLED SEMEN: Please call Copper Spring Farm by 12:00 noon the day before the collection day. *** PLEASE NOTE: No semen will be available for orders made after 5:00 pm the day before the collection day. 4. Spring Farm when ordering semen: 5. PLEASE SHIP CONTAINERS BACK AFTER REMOVING SEMEN: Semen will not be shipped to you if your containers are not returned, on time (sent within THREE DAYS from date of receipt of container). To return containers: Put an address label on the outside of the container and ship it back to Copper Spring Farm via a 2-DAY Service. Insure the containers for $250. This way if they are damaged en route, the shipping company is liable, not you.
